Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using our services, purchasing veterinary diagnostic products, or engaging in OEM/ODM manufacturing partnerships with SaberVet.

01 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("Client", "Distributor"), and Hangzhou ITGen Technology Co. Ltd, operating under the brand SaberVet ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the SaberVet website and our veterinary diagnostic manufacturing services.

By placing an order for our products, including but not limited to Rapid Test Kits, ELISA Kits, or engaging us for OEM/ODM manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

02 Products & Intended Use

SaberVet products are designed strictly for veterinary use only. They are intended for the detection of animal diseases and health monitoring in livestock, poultry, and companion animals.

Professional Use: Our diagnostic reagents are intended for use by veterinarians, farm administrators, and trained professionals.
Not for Human Use: Under no circumstances should our products be used for human diagnostics or therapeutic purposes.
Accuracy: While we adhere to ISO 13485 and GMP standards to ensure high sensitivity and specificity, diagnostic results should be interpreted in conjunction with clinical signs and other laboratory findings.

03 OEM/ODM Manufacturing Services

For clients engaging SaberVet for private label (OEM) or custom development (ODM) services:

Intellectual Property: Any custom formulations developed specifically for the Client under a paid R&D contract remain the property of the Client, subject to the specific terms of the Manufacturing Agreement. Core platform technologies (e.g., our proprietary monoclonal antibodies) remain the property of ITGen Technology Co. Ltd.
Labeling Compliance: The Client is responsible for ensuring that custom packaging and labeling comply with the local veterinary regulations of the destination country.

04 Orders & Payments

Bulk & Wholesale: Prices quoted are typically Ex-Works (EXW) Hangzhou or FOB Shanghai/Ningbo unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms: For bulk orders, a deposit is required to initiate production, with the balance due prior to shipment. We accept T/T (Bank Transfer) and L/C (Letter of Credit) for qualified large-volume orders.

05 Shipping & Temperature Control

Cold Chain: Certain biological products require temperature-controlled shipping (2-8°C). SaberVet ensures proper packaging (styrofoam boxes with ice packs) upon departure.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to the Client upon delivery to the carrier. Clients are advised to inspect shipments immediately upon arrival and report any temperature excursions or damage within 48 hours.

06 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hangzhou ITGen Technology Co. Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific batch of products giving rise to the claim.
